Solomon, better known as Solo, is the very first child Beacon House accepted. His sweet face and gentle demeanor has been a constant through the years. He has grown up in front of our eyes. He is no longer a small child, but rather a young man. His needs have outgrown what Beacon House can successfully provide.
It is with mixed emotions that we, with the assistance of the Department of Social Welfare, made the decision to find him a new home. To meet Solo's unique requirements, the Ashanti Bekwai Infirmary has taken him into their care. This was a belaboured and arduous decision. With heavy hearts, we relocated Solo just last week. Join us in prayer for Solo. All of us, adult and child alike, will miss him dearly and pray for a happy new chapter in Solo's journey.
